    Could be two different planets due to different intenceity levels or it could be one planet with a rotation longer than it's orbit and with one hemisphere much more reflective than the other.

    No, this is is clearly an #eclipsingbinary, i,.e. two stars orbiting each other. Maybe you consult the tutorials or the blog and look for "eclipsing binary" or "EB". Typical for an EB is: a) alternating depths, b) depth deeper than about 0.05, c) V-shaped eclipses. See also http://keplerebs.villanova.edu/overview/?k=4678171
