New C0 K2 CV's
-
Here are some new CV's using Al Schmitt's LcViewer and 7,743 Campaign 0 light curves for the K2 project. Andrew Vanderburg (Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics) has graciously provided Al with his latest corrected light curve files.
202060631, 202061204, 202061318, 202062594, 202064080 (?HB)

Possible new CV @ 1950.8 and 1969.4 (EPIC 202064080 @ 06 11 16.128,+22 35 08.27) although reminiscent of an HB. The only known CV I found @ RA = 6 in the IVSI is V0959 Mon @ 06 39 38.60 +05 53 53.0

EPIC 202061318: Catastrophic Variable/Dwarf Nova K2 candidate. Just a closer look here. And wow, look at that increase in the flux!

Exactly! It was the only one I noted down for my list it is huge! I honestly thought the others might be causes of processing glitches if I remember correctly they were approximately located in the same range.

IMO both of them look like stellar variability , magnitude of humps is rather waaaaaaaaaaayyyyy too low for genuine DN
EPIC 202061204 looks like a flare, but there is few stars in optimal apperture who knowns maybe the source is one them although I doubt this

Looks like this CV candidate is a known CV from the GO proposal numbers in MAST K2 Data Search.
