Binary Planet System

  • jrarevalo3437 by jrarevalo3437

I found this system on Planethunters.org but I would love to find the information again so that I can look up the star and see if there are two planets in that system. The star information is

    • Magnitude: 15.166\
    • Type: K-Dwarf
    • Temp: 5232
    • Radius: 0.725
I would love if someone could tell me how to get a hold of the information to this planet and/or send me the planet ID so that I can look up the star.
      Thank you.

Record the Kepler Id # then you can research target stars in sites like the Nasa Exoplanet Archive.

You will find tables for kepler planetary candidates and confirmed planets.

    Example Kepler Id: 8231493

If you classified that system, it should show up on your page when you click the "Profile" tab at the top of the Planet Hunters site. If one of the snapshots there looks familiar, highlight the APH number, go to the Talk page, click the "Search" tab up top, and try searching for it there. If it comes up, you can grab the Kepler ID # from there and follow Jennifer Connor's instructions above!
