Eclipsing binaries - what to do with these?

  I recently found two eclipsing binary systems - APH00015go and APH00016ad , and I wonder what to do with these. Should I mark transiting binary stars on the light curve, or only transiting planets? Can somebody tell me what to mark on binary star light curves?
