EPIC 210527821 APH0000qdt - 2 day long 0.005 transits?

  I can see three essentially identical ~0.005 dips, each 2 days long, once each in Q1-1, Q1-2 and Q1-3 (though Q1-3 is clipped slightly at the start) that seem unrelated to the general shape of the curve. Are these likely to be the same object transiting 3 times, or is it more likely a property of the star given the duration of each dip?
