I think that planetary radius is overestimated, as the impact parameter given is very high (~1), but comparing stellar and transit parameters suggests it is fairly low. For low impact parameters, the planetary radius is ~2.0 Rearth.
With an equilibrium temperature of ~230 K and a fairly small radius, this can loosely be considered a HZ super-earth candidate.
