    This is a rather severe case of contamination due to Jupiter. During Q0 observations, the planet fell into the FOV of Kepler; as it is very bright compared to the stars being observed, reflections from Jupiter disrupted the photometry around t~9 days and t~16.5 days. You can see examples of this in figure 4 of the source paper, where the first case is almost identical to the one you can see here.
