If this is a planet, period ~8days, where is the missing dip @ 23? So are we looking at (almost)regular stellar variability?

The events do seem to be physical. Given that the first and last event have approximately equal transit depths but the second is about 2/3rds as large, I suspect this is a blended eccentric binary (blended due to the shallow transits, eccentric because the secondary eclipse is not halfway between the primary ones) with a period of ~23.8 days.
