Q3-1 seems to be a big planet can any one take a look??

I'm not sure that feature is a transit. Why would Kepler not pick up any light from the star during the darkening? The star is 0.61 radii of the sun, so still a big chunk.
An object of sufficient size to eclipse this star entirely would probably be so heavy, that it would start radiation of its own. I'd bet my tenner on that being some artifact of Kepler itself.

It looks like a normal download window. Kepler needs to stop data collecting regularly to re-orient itself to point down to the Earth base to send the data to the operating center. The points just before and just after such gaps are unreliable.
