Question

  Hello,

  Can somene, please, tell me what could be the reason behind this peculiar observation ? (for me at least) .
  I have checked a few of the quarters of this star's observations and quarters 9-1, 10-2 and 15-3 (for example) are clear and follow a, more ore less, clean distribution. On the other hand, every quarter between those mentioned above have seemingly chaotic.
  Why is that ? Or, if the answer is too "long" for writing purposes, can you please give me a bibliography that would help me understand this phenomenon ?
