Increasing Brightness

  I keep seeing stars that increase in brightness at a constant rate, but show no signs of hour- or day-long transits. Is this a special type of star?

  You are right, this increasing trend seems to be quite common in the Campaign 4 data, so I suspect it is some kind of artefact, but I am not sure what is causing it. This Background Flux Plot shows a curved increase in the background flux which is different to the linear increase observed in the raw flux.
