  both q1-2and 1-3 have a similar dip in magnitude, if you ignore the glitch on q1-2

  The two dips are the same feature because there is an overlap between Q1-2 and Q1-3. Check the top scale.

  It is probably also a glitch because there is gap followed by an increase in brightness to the previous level.
