iPad iOS 9.1 Safari can't get past tutorial

  I can select the transits with blue boxes and resize them. I can make multiple boxes, zoom, scroll around, move transit boxes, and delete the boxes. But there is no button for "save" or "next," just a "no transits" button. The tutorial box telling me to use a mouse does not seem to realize that I have no mouse. And it does not go away or progress to the next step of the tutorial after I have selected the transits.
