Submit button should fire when you hit enter, on "discussions about this star"

    When you're entering a hashtag, in "discussions about this star", it'd be much easier/faster if hitting enter fired the submit.

    Since most people are only entering a word or two (hashtags) adding newlines into the textbox isn't really necessary.

    cough it'd also be consistent with HTML guidelines, but that's a whole other convo 😃
